Returning Officer and DM Dhalai served notice to BJP candidate: Udaipur, Apr 18 (UNI) It has been informed by the East Tripura Returning Officer and Dhalai District Magistrate (DM) Vikas Singh that a notice was served to BJP candidate of East Tripura parliamentary constituency seat for spending election funds exceeding the limit.
