Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya was not depicted in Tripura during CPIM era: Tripura Minister: Udaipur, Aug 19 (UNI) Jishnu Debbarma, Finace Minister of Tripura on Monday said that Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya was the founder of Modern Tripura as he concentrated on development works and established educational institutions in the state.
